Dr Tim Patston has been involved in creativity in his professions as an educator, researcher and performer. Tim was the inaugral Coordinator of creativity and innovation at Geelong Grammar School. His framework of creative education was recognised as one of the top ten innovations in Victorian education by the HundrEd organisation of Finland. Previously he designed innovative curriculum as Head of music at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). He was also a Principal singer with Opera Australia and Victoria State Opera.
Dr James C. Kaufman is a Professor of Educational Psychology at the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. He is the author or editor of more than fifty books and has written more than four hundred papers, including theoretical contributions such as the Four-C model of creativity (with Ron Beghetto).
Dr David Cropley is the Professor of Engineering Innovation at the University of South Australia. He specialises in helping people and organisations become better, more effective problem-solvers. Now a recognised expert in creative problem-solving and innovation, Dr David Cropley was a scientific consultant and on-screen expert for the Australian ABC TV documentaries Redesign my brain (2013 and 2015) and Life at 9 (2014). For more than twenty years, he has helped schools and organisations in Australia, the US and Europe develop more effective, creative problem-solvers.
