Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless on pre-order. We will send pre-orders as soon as we get stock. Most pre-orders are sent out before publication date.
Shipping
We charge a flat fee of $5.00 per order for postage within Australia and to New Zealand. A flat fee of $20.00 per order for postage to Singapore, Japan or Malaysia.
Free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD.
For Australia and New Zealand, we use Sendle and Australia Post. For all other regions use Australia Post. Most orders will be sent tracked and we will send you the tracking details. Some single book orders go untracked due to Australia Post.
We can also organise bulk orders to other countries. Email us to arrange.

Returns
We're proud of the books that we publish and believe you'll find them interesting, educational and high quality. If you're not entirely happy with a book published by Amba Press, please contact us to arrange return to the publisher for a refund.
