Jane Passy qualified from the Oldrey Fleming School of Speech Therapy, London in 1957. She has worked in many settings, both educational and medical, in England, India and Australia. Her interest in phonetics stood her in good stead when she taught Spoken English to children and young adults from all over Asia while living in India from 1959 until 1967. Jane retired from clinical practice in 1992, and promoted the Cued Articulation system throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa.
