Megan Corcoran is a trauma-informed wellbeing consultant, educator and writer, and the Founder and Director of Wagtail Institute. With nearly two decades of experience in education and complex systems, Megan works alongside schools, community organisations and youth services to strengthen staff wellbeing, culture and practice in environments shaped by trauma and chronic stress. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology, with a focus on trauma, wellbeing and belonging, and is the host of the Wag Tales podcast, where she shares conversations about trauma, healing, education and wellbeing with practitioners, researchers and lived-experience voices from around the world.
