Kelly Oldfield is an Australian behaviour, wellbeing and practice systems advisor who works alongside educators, leaders and teams across early years, school, OSHC and broader care settings. Her work focuses on helping settings move beyond reactive responses by building clearer systems, stronger educator practice and more informed decision-making. She combines a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies (Psychology) and Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced with extensive hands-on experience in the field, and is passionate about behaviour support that helps young people thrive while also creating workplaces where educators feel capable and supported.
