About the Authors

Dr Darren Iselin brings over 30 years of experience across Australian and international Christian education contexts. He's held roles as CEO, principal, and executive leader across K–12 and higher education. Currently Director of Research and Innovation with Christian Schools Australia, Darren holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, with an award-winning thesis on how principals cultivate sustainable school cultures in times of change.

Dr Daniel Pampuch is CEO of Christian Schools Australia, providing strategic leadership to a network of more than 200 schools serving nearly 100,000 students. With over 30 years of international and Australian experience, Daniel holds a PhD on next generation leadership from the University of Queensland, along with postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership, business management, and theology.

Together, they bring both scholarly rigor and hard-won wisdom from the field.
