She is the founder of Teacher Wellbeing, an organisation aimed at empowering teachers with practical ways to feel valued, heard and supported. Working with evidence-based strategies from the field of positive psychology, she works with teachers and schools and guides them to strategic directions and approach to enhance teacher wellbeing.
